| As far as the remote light coming on, our local dealer said they couldn't calibrate the lever, and that they would be more than willing to charge me over $300 for a new pot to fix it. I finally got a chance to tear it apart to fix it on my own. The pots inside the arm rest LOOK adjustable, but they make them non adjustable. The computer just thinks the lever isn't in neutral. A little bit of fine tuning with my die grinder and they were now adjustable. Once I made it so the pot could rotate in its bolt holes, I merely took ohm readings from the good pots and changed the ones that were acting up to match. This has been a few years ago now and thank heavens my fix is holding. Stupid design IMO. | |
