Buxton ND | Its not just talk,,,,, 500 mb is the number that the USDA has put in print. We may not like that number,,,,, but THIS IS WHAT THE TRADERS TRADE plain and simple. Since report day ZSX has lost .40 and is making a new all time contract lows.
We had a big crop, SA had a big crop, so we have a pretty good cushion of supply given crop troubles for the year ahead.
IMO beans have been the most bearish of the grains since last fall (I don't think I've had one positive to say about beans) (If I have been positive,,, many times I've stated "this does not include beans") started with our big crop, then with the dollar/REAL/Peso dangling a bigger carrot to SA and it would not surprise me is SA's crop gets a little bigger yet.
I'm sure someone's thinking, oh this is just Mr. Doom and Gloom but when you look at a bean chart its pretty dam realistic***** | |
