| Had mine done , after babying it for a year, doing the absolute minimum.
doc said take it easy the following day, after that I could do whatever the pain allowed
2nd day I put in an 18hr day-with the ice wrap
3 days later, I was near 100%
Took the heavy meds the first night, just to be sure I could sleep.
Aspirin during the day, and hard drugs again the 2nd night.
A couple aspirin the next 2 days.
WASTED a year of my life hoping it would get better on it's own. | |
