ND | QB converts invoices to PDFs during the email process, so I couldn't email invoices either. I've had this trouble for several months, but since I don't send too many invoices via email I've been working around it.
I finally got through to QB support this afternoon. They retried all the stuff I had already located and attempted on the support forum without any luck. Finally they said my only option was to upgrade to QB 2015 for $215. I asked the tech why I couldn't just uninstall my software and reload it. He was reluctant, but finally agreed that would be an option. Sure enough it solved my issue. I'm not sure what was corrupted, but it was nothing $90 and 2.5 hours on the phone couldn't fix. | |
