Also, I don't think you have a printing or emailing problem, it sounds like you have a PDF problem?
So, what has changed recently?
What operating system do you use, and did it get a major upgrade when this problem started?
Did Adobe do an upgrade to your PDF software?
I doubt on 2 year old software, but did Quickbooks do an upgrade?
I would guess some newer version of something is tripping up how PDF files are handled between Intuit, Adobe, and Microsoft. One of those three got a software upgrade on your machine, and messed up how they talk to each other?
