Here new installs are usually 60 ft spacing and 4" laterals. Some soil types could go wider apart. Problem is in the length of a run soil types often change. Some tough spots such as a Dundas soil type should be about 40 ft spacing. This is pothole country. Try to get 30 inches of cover minimum.
