NE Iowa | For air drying go bigger diameter and shorter on the fin for better drying efficiency. The moisture of corn you want to combine makes a big difference on airflow needed. 18-19% corn probably only needs 1.0 cfm/bu. I've taken 1.25 cfm/bu up to 21% moisture. If you want to do 25% you better have 2 cfm/bu. If you want 30,000 bu you will be looking at 48' diameter 22' to the eaves and at least 60 hp of fans to get around 1.15 cfm/bu.
