Jason, our problem is not power. It's the little spring inside that pushes the magnet against the switch. Not strong enough. The mechanic who installed them said there was an update with stronger springs. The weight of the cord itself is enough to hold it down. If you grab the cord with 2 fingers and lift it a bit it makes the connection and starts. Dealer doesn't know anything about updated springs. Mechanic doesn't work there anymore, started his own company.

Have had some break the cord and then the magnet stays up, not allowing that unit to start. But that has a fix. Also had one or two break the little magnet, needs a whole new piston then... My cylinders are the 63 mm PVC ones.
