You bought a brand new full size pickup for $11,400? 2009 wasn't that long ago....I had no idea that the MSRP could be as low as $18,000 just 6 years ago. Had to be two wheel drive, short bed, work model?
Correct.
It was a shortbed, 2-Wheel Drive work truck. Don't need a bunch of creature comforts to work on the farm.
No carpet.
No power windows.
No power locks.
No A/C.
If you need those things stay in the house and work in town..................Just kiddin' Everyone has their own priorities and defines happiness in a different way.
Like I said, I couldn't believe the deal I got even when it was happening. I sold the truck to a friend a couple years later for $13000. It only had 9K miles. I kept the original newspaper add and window sticker for posterity. |
