The Gophers got beat by them a couple times during the season so maybe its fitting that it ended the way that it did. I think the new conference arrangement has a lot to do with the lack of fans this year. I didn't know anything about hockey til I moved to Mpls in high school. Didn't think it was that interesting to watch. But met a girl from Hawaii in college that loved going to the hockey games. Guess I should have taken more of an interest in it. Oh well, that's the way the puck drops.
