southern MN
Ok?

Neighbor and I put in a 15 inch to 12 inch tile 2200 feet long that takes surface water off of roughly 160 acres.

It was about $12000.

So.....

You got some explaining to do?

It doesn't take a very big tile main to totally drain 21 acres and exit into a ditch that is eroding one side of the field.

You are talking a 6 inch tile. Couple 100 feet to cross 21 acres.

So, what's the real story? How much water is really running through here?

It doesn't matter how much field you have. Its how many acres of water are you trying to flow through?
