Central Sask. RM#254, Canada | If your front tires are the least bit smaller in rolling circumference they will bind up the drivetrain within 200 to 300 ft. of running on solid traction . Can be caused by not enough air in fronts or too much air in rears , also worn or physically smaller because of smaller size or even different brand .. Always have the larger ones on the front if there are not 4 the same , I always disengage 4x4 when coming onto solid non slippery roads , or stop and back up some to relieve the binding effect ... Transfer case can self destruct if used that way for to long .. |
