I have yet to find this valve when changing filters. Last time I changed them and prefilled them I had no problem. I think opening the petcock on the bottom of the water seperator while the motor was running was my problem. Could not find an access panel in the floor of the cab. I can see the check valve but really cannot get a wrench on it.
