Had 2 DD and this worked best to start after a filter change or if we ran it out of fuel.( one truck fuel gauge didn't work)
Have one person hold a air line into the tank and also hold a big rag over the fuel tank opening and the hose at the same time, pressure the tank up and have someone spin the engine over, worked every time.
