Not hard but can be very costly if buying new. Look at montag dry carts. We have a Redball 12 row 3 point strip till bar and have looked into it few times. Dry equipment is somewhere between doubling and tripling total cost of the machine. Your looking at 20k easy I think for 6 row cart I'd guess. That doesn't include anything to get dry fertilizer to the field either. Looks like a nice machine for running bean stubble, COC would be challenge.

Nothing wrong with strip till without dry fertilizer, do not be afraid to try strip till without dry. Broadcast dry and then strip till, if you have been conventional tillage you will see big savings just in fuel and labor alone.
