Well, let's just throw another scenario out there.  Some people will probably say it could never happen- but it has.  What if we have a ho-hum crop, doesn't have to be a disaster, just one that sends the fall price to approximately 30% higher than what it is now.  Say $5.50 CZ15.  A lot of people could raise decent crops and get paid on the revenue side of an 80-85% policy.
