You can look at webpages and email does not count against data plan. Any files you download or upload count against the plan. Video and music would count against data plan. The data plan is 5 gb

Skype to my son worked very well. Did that in the evening.I read somewhere if you put your router on timer and set your computer up you could download movies between 3-8 am. I Watch some movies streaming very little latency. | |
