Central, IA | Just got back on monday from a quick weekend trip. It was my favorite airport I have ever been too.
The town of Jackson was nice, but it is a pricey to hangout. Food was expensive, beer was reasonable.
I heard many grumblings about the lack of employee housing and how expensive it was. It really didn't make sense to me. They weren't land locked or anything, why they couldn't build a few more appartment buildings is beyond me.
We skied 2 days and it was nice as there were no lines. The summer is their busy time. Very friendly people. I think I will probably go back next winter. | |
