I don't know about beef, but on our dairy we buy wheat flour that is no longer human grade flour, and we figure 1 lb of the flour will take the place of 2-3 lbs of ground corn. That's what our cows tell us.



That's pretty interesting... I had always thought I heard that 1 pound of wheat equaled 1 pound of corn, but I guess not. Is this maybe because they pass less wheat than corn?
