Another question was on how the geometry of the stealth plow affects grade, let's say the reciever would move up or down say two inches does the tile move up or down the same or more or less.

When you are talking geometry of a cantilever plow, the total picture needs to come into play. If the length of the arm that the receiver is equal distance from the pivot point as the distance from the pivot point to the tile boot, then yes equal movement. If the receiver arm is shorter, then more movement below, longer = less movement below. Ether way while running automated, either GPS or laser, your movement should always be sub inch, normally 1/8 to 3/4"

On flat grades, less than 1% (1.00, not 1/10% or 0.10) I would not tile with anything less than RTK or laser. I have been around three different manufacturers slope sensors and in the ground it does not cut it. On the display, it may show green or on grade but, in the ground (where it counts) check the tile and not so green :-(

If you have 1% slope or greater, you can just run manual up the hill watching your level and depth indicator. With laser, this is nice, with GPS not necessary as the program does the grade break for you.
