Until it tastes right. Sorry but thats the best i can tell you. We had a local restaurant that had good prime rib and i tried to get it to match there's.
If you are going to cook prime rib, you do need a meat thermometer, with that you can watch it
cook, and then pull it out of the oven just when it is right.
I have done several. This helps with the guessing. |
