Effingham, IL | My son has a 6 month old Border Collie that will come out to the pasture with us, but has no interest in the cows. He is very efficient at herding cats though. Is there still time for him to come around? Is there anything we can do other than encourage him to move a cow? I always heard you have to be smarter than the dog, maybe that's my problem! Thanks!
