As I have said many times I don't trade b/c I don't know what the price will be at any given time. However, it appears everyone I deal with is buying, selling, swapping etc. This all gets built into the basis that is what I pay.
I assume its a very small amount, as it occurs on large volumes. Any guess as to what might be the trading costs covered in the basis?
