I don't doubt your elevator/e-plant scenario one bit but I still don't have any idea who the swap dealers are working for. From the size of the overall swap dealer position they need to be quite large entities. What interests needs and does hold 275,000 contracts?
I still don't know. It might help us understand some price relationships better.
