Yup. Basically when you turn the wheel it trys to correct it to get back online. That doesn't happen because your steering and your system goes "Hey, I said to steer right and we are still turning left".
Adjust your steering override sensor (think you need a tech for that one) and you should be fine. Alternately, if you disengage before steering it shouldn't happen.
