SWNE
Nothing budgeted for fence supplies, or labor for checking cattle/mending fence, or maintenance upkeep (tanks, wells, working facilities). I will say there are people that try to operate with a budget like yours, I don't like to be next to them.

Your also leaving out
cost of money
machinery is probably going to be more than 1 tractor subsidized from the farming side (pickup, trailer, 4-wheeler etc)
I would be interested to see what a cow getting only 30lb of hay a day all year would look like, I'm guessing not to healthy and probably not weaning a 600lb calf
You better throw in some death loss on the cows over ten years
Even if they don't die some are going to come up open and won't be around for 10 years
If you truly account for all costs both vet and bull are to low
I'm not sure if your renting the bale feeder for $10/hd or how that's working?
Is the extra feed loss from using solely a bale feeder as your means of feeding showing up as an even skinnier cow?

If you took that budget into any good banker/investor around here you wouldn't get very far.
