These farms were bought 7 to 15 years ago so it wasn't on 15k land. It was with a CPA that had 30+ years in ag and we did have an audit with several depreciated farms on the books. Today it would be more like 5%. I know of irrigated farms that are over 50% depreciated. Not hard to do if non irrigated was 500 to 700. Its all a matter of perspective.
