SWOntario | I don't know what it is but it seems like my body is on a 25 hour schedule. I try to go to bed about the same time every night but I just lay awake later and later, it gets to the point where about once a month I need to just skip a night of sleep and just stay up. Ya that next day is a little rough but its about the only way I can get back into going to SLEEP and not just to bed at a decent time. Anyway, its 2 am, im bored, the misses is out cold, so im sitting here having a coffee with the dog.
