I've been awake since 3 am. On the third day of about 3-4 hrs of sleep per night. If I wake up, basically up for the night, regardless of when that is. CPAP helps but still have to fall asleep the first time. I think it's hereditary as my grandmother related some of the same issues as the o her sleep patterns.
Anyone else on a 25 hour day
