Making it today depends on overhead and land costs are the biggest item.
If you cant pay market rent to land you own then you would be better off renting it out.
I don't understand that at all. If a business doesn't "make it", it's because they don't have cash flow. Loan payment P+I would be what you would figure, not "market rent". The old man with farm paid for will continue to operate below a renters cost for decades. You think he won't "make it" because he couldn't pay market rent to himself? |
