Tim we've got two of them and I absolutely hate them. Any imperfections are a pain, and if they're the least bit soft they're a problem.
I did this about half fooling around after seeing a couple of the videos and was just amazed at how quick it went, (5 pounds in under 10 minutes) and how little peel I had in the bowl when I was done.
