| Does the guy with protein treat the bales or you? I tried a bale injection system last year and didn't like it because it took too long to treat bales. Cows liked it and they cleaned up anything with the liquid on it but too much time involved. I think the way you are going to apply will be a little better. I baled my hay tight enough that I couldn't get spear with injection to penetrate bale unless it was against something else to push against. Hope it works for you, I may try your way. I was surprised how liquid would seep out of even the tightest bales. | |
