South Western, IL | We ran a 630f for many years and rented a 635fd this fall to help get done with our soys. I too was very skeptical about the split belt design and though it would be a place for loss.
We could not find any faults with the split belt area. We had no wrapping or plugs in that area, also no loss from that area that we could find.
We are running our belt speed between 170-210 and never had any issues with wrapping or plugging.
We were impressed with the way the head worked and the way the machine performed being fed more evenly than we realized it could be.
Needless to say the 630f went down the road and the 635fd stayed. | |
