Ohio | If you notice a vibration you need to get that fixed. Usually it is out of balance because of dirt inside the fan hub. either clean it by reaching in the inspection hole between motor and burner and blow out the dust and dirt inside that hub OR remove the fan and clean it that way.
It's amazing how a little dust will throw it out of balance. check that the balancing weights (bolts with washers) are still there too. The vibrations will destroy circuit boards and those tubes. Also the fan motor will go bad soon.
