atch - ...under the 5th wheel and it appears to be so rusted it has bent the top lip of truck frame.
You need to find a shop to look at it in person. You need to take advantage of someone else's experience. Is the problem the 5th wheel or the frame ? I was told most shops don't really like welding a truck frame.
