You say it takes $5.00 to plant COC then you say you have been COC for 7 years - but only 2 of the last 7 years have had corn above $5.00 so what has changed from the last 7 years not sure I am following your statements.

did it not used to take $5.00 for you to plant COC ??

have the expenses of COC risen a lot in the last 5-6 years if so what cost structure has risen in that time ??
