West of Lincoln a little bit | I think it's going to be a giant game of chicken with the fertilizer boys. Keep reading that prices won't drop in spring because demand will be so high. My first response was bull, we are planting more beans. Don't need your $700 ton anhydrous with $3.60 corn. Next year already looks bad, so why make it worse with huge input costs?
If corn rallies a bunch then it changes the game. But it has to rally soon enough or the decision is already made and seed bought. |
