I am trying to create a Kansas map for Poetry Out Loud that has 7 different Regions. I want each region to be clickable over their county and take them to their respective region. I have created the

There are a couple of ways to create clickable regions (a.k.a. an image map). You start with your own image, colored/drawn/labeled however you want it. Then you can use either an online tool, or an image editor such as the GIMP, to assign the regions and the link targets.
