Subject: Anyone know html code?



Northwest kansas		I am trying to create a Kansas map for Poetry Out Loud that has 7 different Regions. I want each region to be clickable over their county and take them to their respective region. I have created the using an online tool to get the coordinates of everywhere but now I want each region to be different colors and say Region 1, 2,... I want it to look like the image below. Can anyone help me?
