If I were in charge of the remodeling there would be no new tub. Both of us have only showered for just about forever. And a shower in a tub is clumsy and a good way to cause a fall.
100% agree with JohnW. In fact, as long as you are remodelling, I would go so far as to make the whole bathroom handicap accessible. Instead of a bathtub, I would put in one of those walk/wheel-in showers like handicap motel rooms have. Big enough to wheel a wheelchair right into the shower. |
