southwest mn | OK I did "man-up" and admit that I read the warranty after the fact. You must have missed that while speed-reading my original post! This product was 10 months old upon failure-less than one year. And my point is one more "I am sorry" does not make me any cooler in my 90degree house with my 10 year parts only warranty. Only seven days and counting. I can pay whatever they ask and I am still hot.
