Kevin Vickers is a Canadain hero. Ice water must run in his veins to think and act as he did in that time of crisis; apparently, the drug fried shooter was being chased by a number of other security, but he eluded them until Vickers strapped up and went out.  He then went and reported to the Prime Minister, "I have engaged the suspect. The suspect is now deceased." Just another day at the office.
