SW Ohio | Not sure on an 88 but a 7720 I have it down to a ten minute job, requires a 9/16, 3/4 and 5/8 wrench, one inch ratchet strap and a wedge, Wedge the bottom pulley open all the way, thread strap thru new belt and hook to bottom of grain tank and around bottom pulley assembly, remove oil line on top, ( unload shaft clearance is very tight, I moved my shaft up 1 inch permanently), remove bracket from bottom shaft but leave the braces attached, put belt on bottom and work it around the top, rehook what you took apart and do not forget to speed up the cylinder before running again. | |
