Cummins recommends every 500K on the overhead adjustments. With regards to bearings, I didn't see anything in QuickServe specific to the ISX. Most manufacturers recommend monitoring the oil pressure and only consider a bearing roll-in if the pressure drops too low. This is not a problem of yours right now!
