Unfortunately Pa that's not totally true. The drain commissioner can start a project that you don't want and dig out 81 miles of drain and give you a real wild property tax increase for the next twenty years. I know because it happened to us. I was totally blindsided by that. Never thought in a million years something like that could happen.
