We still run our John Deere 6600. I think it's a 1978, but I can't say for sure.

All of the other 6600s on this forum make me jealous! Ours is a complete POS. I've pulled the carriage out 5 times this year already. We only do about 100 acres, but ours is worn out. It's approaching 6000 hours on it (If the meter is correct).

Next year, we're looking at getting an older Gleaner.
