changing one side then the other ????
when you change out the next time or even now if the problem is not solved loosen both sides and spin the shaft. You may have to align both at the same time. It maybe the bearings are "working" against each other alignment wise.
May want to check for run out on each end as well. New shafts can be bent at well.
