Eddy, I'm having the same problem with a 1660. I've tried every setting I know to except closing sieves down to nothing. I'm afraid I'll throw beans out the back if I close them to much. Maybe it's just the nature of the crop this year?? I usually get a clean sample with very little adjustment on this combine but not this year. My beans just got good and dry yesterday. I've been cutting 14% to 15% beans the last week, yesterday they were in the 12% range and the trash seemed to be a little less in the tank. Good luck with it.
