I don't know what you've tried so far. What sieves do you have? If you've got the corn sieves, you can shut them pretty far down, we've got ours almost all the way shut. Still plenty of room for beans with that type. Bottom is open quite a ways, 1/2 to 5/8. I had quite a few hulls in our samples at first as well, and I just kept shutting the top down further until I was satisfied, air is about 1050 rpm. Maybe someone mentioned this, but there is also an air damper on the fan, make sure that is open.
