NE Iowa | Open the rock trap and take out half or all of the teeth on the feed accelerator. If you do beans you might want to leave half of them in their, but we have successfully taken all of ours out of our 660 and have ran green stem beans with no problems. The feed accelerator is crushing the cobs and they are broken before they even hit the rotor. Improved our sample tremendously(took the FM way down) and now we have some whole cobs coming out back of machine. Fought this on our 9670 and finally tried this with the 660 and had good results. | |
